Job Purpose:
To accurately record, maintain, and report daily attendance, overtime, and site manpower movements to ensure proper payroll processing and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily attendance of workers and staff on site using manual registers or biometric systems
- Record IN/OUT times, overtime hours, absences, and leave details for all employees
- Cross-check attendance with supervisors and section heads to ensure accuracy
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports to HR and accounts department
- Prepare timesheets for payroll processing and ensure proper approval from concerned authorities
- Coordinate with Admin/HR for new worker mobilization and demobilization records
- Maintain proper documentation for leaves, sick leaves, emergency absences, etc.
- Track manpower movements across various site zones or departments
- Assist in preparing manpower reports for client inspections or internal audits
- Ensure attendance records match actual workforce on ground and report any mismatches
- Handle queries related to overtime, attendance disputes, and salary delays
- Report to Site Management any issues regarding absenteeism or unauthorized leaves
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience in timekeeping or site administration
- Familiarity with attendance systems (manual and digital)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / timekeeping software / ERP systems (if applicable)
- Good communication skills (Hindi & Basic English)
- Ability to work under pressure and with large workforce setups
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
