Role & Responsibility - Strategic role
· Collaborate with the reporting manager to develop and refine sales strategies that align with company objectives and market conditions.
· Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and sales plans.
· Establish clear sales targets and objectives for the team, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
· Develop strategic sales plans and initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
· Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets and benchmarks.
· Prepare and present strategic sales reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Operational role
· Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to achieve sales targets.
· Conduct regular performance reviews, set individual goals, and address any performance issues.
· Oversee daily sales activities, including order processing, customer interactions, and sales administration.
· Ensure efficient execution of sales processes and adherence to company policies and procedures.
· Develop and implement best practices to improve sales techniques and customer service.
· Review and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
· Implement and monitor sales tools and systems to support the sales team and streamline operations.
· Monitor sales forecasts to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
· Address and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and support.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
· Prepare regular operational reports, including sales activity summaries, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
