Plan and schedule daily transportation of workers to and from job sites, accommodations, and other destinations.
Coordinate with site supervisors and project managers to understand manpower deployment needs.
Assign vehicles and drivers according to transport plans and availability.
Monitor transport routes to ensure efficiency and punctuality.
Track vehicle usage, fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and driver attendance.
Ensure compliance with company transport policies and local transport regulations.
Maintain records of transport logs, incidents, and vehicle documentation (insurance, registration, etc.).
Handle emergency transport issues such as vehicle breakdowns, delays, or route changes.
Liaise with vehicle maintenance vendors and service providers to ensure fleet reliability.
Assist in the recruitment and training of transport staff and drivers when required.
Monitor GPS systems for real-time tracking of vehicles.
Support health and safety compliance for all transport operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Valid driver’s license
