Job Summary:
As a Travel Desk Agent stationed at Hotel on behalf of One Life Tourism, you will be responsible for promoting and booking travel-related services, including local tours, activities, and transportation. Your role is to enhance the guest experience by offering insightful recommendations, seamless travel coordination, and high-quality customer service aligned with both the hotel’s and One Life Tourism’s standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Engagement & Sales:
- Actively approach and engage guests to understand their travel needs and interests.
- Promote and sell tours, excursions, and experiences offered by One Life Tourism.
- Upsell premium travel services while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Travel Arrangement & Booking:
- Coordinate bookings for local transportation, day trips, sightseeing tours, and intercity travel.
- Provide clear itineraries and assist with confirmations, payments, and follow-ups.
- Ensure smooth execution of bookings in collaboration with One Life Tourism’s operations team.
- Customer Service:
- Serve as the point of contact for guests regarding all travel-related queries.
- Handle changes, cancellations, or concerns with a service-first approach.
- Gather and respond to guest feedback to improve offerings.
- Reporting & Coordination:
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, bookings, and payments.
- Report daily sales and guest feedback to the One Life Tourism supervisor.
- Liaise with hotel staff to ensure a consistent guest experience.
- Knowledge & Representation:
- Stay updated on local attractions, tour packages, weather conditions, and cultural events.
- Represent One Life Tourism professionally while working seamlessly within the hotel environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
