- Combining travel, accommodation, and services such as sightseeing arrangements to create holiday packages.
- Prepare the best suitable Itinerary (a planned route or journey) as per client requirements.
- Handling bookings, invoicing and issuing of tickets.
- Confirming customer names with airlines/hotels.
- Visiting Hotels to ascertain accommodation quality and suitability.
- Handling bookings, invoicing.
- Liaising with internal and external suppliers and departments apart from coach operators, and hoteliers.
- Ensuring agreed service levels, contracts and costs are adhered to.

- Collecting, evaluating and responding (as appropriate) to customer feedback.
- Using market research information to create new products from time to time.
- Producing mailers and flyers from time to time.
- Marketing holidays to clients via travel agents, websites, social media, etc.

- Working with travel consultants from different travel agencies to put holiday packages together.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of travel destinations, industry trends, and package customization.
- Experience in a similar position in UAE
- Proven experience in B2B sales and sales management
- Should have at least 2+ year of experience in quotations for Dubai Package.
- Should be well-organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Currently residing in Dubai .
- Excellent communication skill and negotiation skills.
