Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Travel Sales Executive at EMS in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new sales and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential travel agencies for onboarding onto our B2B booking portal (flights, hotels, packages, Global Visa etc.)
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow the number of active agencies
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Provide online demos and training to agency users
- Negotiate commercial terms, including margins, credit limits, and incentive plans
- Achieve monthly sales targets and growth KPIs
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales in the travel industry
- Familiarity with travel booking systems, APIs, and B2B travel technology
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluent in Hindi/Urdu and English.
