Key Accountabilities
- During the planning stage (Q-1) Requirements Design team (along with Solution Design Team ) shall work actively with centralized Planning, C & Cs Business Units to build and maintain the 3 Months Business roadmap of Capabilities, Products and Enablers including the proposition of innovative ideas of offers to support achieving du’s strategic objectives.
- Once the roadmap is established, is responsible for following the methodologies, Control and procedures with various stakeholders set to perform the following:
- Taking and validating the CVP Customer Experience inputs from Business Units, clarify with them, check completeness, and challenge the areas that must be challenged.
- Creating the Business requirements documents
- Aligning the business requirements various business stakeholders: CBU, EBU, Sales, Customer Operation, Channel experience
- Track competitive dynamics, market value drivers for the enterprise and consumer products markets
- Follow and contribute to reach an efficient channel experience processes that drive operational efficiency, optimize automation and reduce costs
- Follow and contribute in C & Cs processes to ensure channel experience at desired level for designated Products and Services
- Ensure Customer Excellence impact is addressed properly in each requirement
- Develop and agree with Line Manager on plans to continually build own skills and knowledge of new technologies and industry trends.

- Ensure implementation of the channel development planning for commercial products
- Ensure proper tracking of consistency and effectiveness of channel development
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or Computer Science.
- Master Degree in Business or marketing is a plus
Experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a Product Management / Product Marketing role in telecommunication industry
- Strong Knowledge of DSP, WINCASH, RRMC, Billing and customer’s relations management platform.
- Understanding and knowledge of latest digital technologies and use cases is plus
- Good understanding in the area of consumer and enterprise products
Skills
- Strong knowledge of digital scrum and agile working methodology
- Understanding of portfolio management.
- Ability to define implementation of business processes with the support of IT systems
- Understanding of business impact of implementation decisions in the systems
- Understanding of du processes
- Strong coordination between team members
- Able to manage requirement definition for a significant number of projects in a structured way
- Understands how to communicate difficult/sensible information tactfully
- Ability to analyze complex business needs and convert them into business requirements.
