Key Accountabilities
- Web metrics / Reporting / Insights
- The candidate will be primarily responsible for Web and Business Analytics for Digital Team.
- The candidate will develop and provide reports, dashboards and insights for all Journeys and have shared objectives to provide insights and reporting on Digital Sales and Digital Services.
- Analytics Enablement
- The candidate will oversee, manage, implement and validate the tagging and analytics architecture for existing and new journeys for Digital Sales and Digital Services via tools such as Google Tag Manager, Data Layer, and UTM parameters.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- The candidate will ensure that all new digital and web properties are optimized to latest SEO standards.
- This includes SEO related reports and crawling of all du subdomains on The technical SEO side, the candidate will identify issues such as indexability issues, duplicate content and meta tags, canonical issues, heading tag issues, redirect problems and core web vitals. He/she must also provide keyword research / content guidelines to improve rank on relevant pages.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and Site Performance Auditing
- The prospective Digital Performance Analytics Manager will utilize site auditing tools to identify performance issues and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to identify actions, remediation plans and track progress across teams.
- The manager will also ensure that analytics tags are consistent across containers for tools which are used to measure performance and allow CRO tools to function properly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or other related business/analytical disciplines or equivalent experience.
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in Data Analytics, with extensive experience in implementation (Google Analytics - UA, GA4), data visualization and business reporting.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Search Engine Optimization
- Experience configuring Tag Management tools GTM.
- Strong knowledge and experience implementing Google Analytics with enhanced ecommerce, and Cross-domain tracking.
- Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.
- Understanding of and experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques: Running A/B tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations for business.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of a data visualization tool such as Google Data Studio
- Experience in the Telecom Industry
