The Role:
Serve as the Vertiport Terminal Supervisor, directing terminal operations with a focus on passenger flow management, facility oversight, and effective coordination among various operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management:
- Serve as duty point of contact for vertiport terminal passenger services
- Monitor terminal operations and passenger flow
- Coordinate passenger movements with key vertiport stakeholders
- Oversee daily terminal facilities management
- Customer Relations:
- Handle passenger and air operator complaints and disruptions
- Resolve passenger requests and issues
- Ensure high standards of customer service
- Emergency Coordination:
- Initiate and oversee terminal evacuation during emergencies
- Provide passenger triage and staging area management
- Direct emergency services to accident/incident areas
- Reporting:
- Communicate daily terminal operations to Vertiport Operations Manager
About You:
- Supervisory experience in aviation, transportation, or hospitality
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Emergency management experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Ability to work under pressure
- Valid security clearance (or ability to obtain)
