Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Present menus and explain daily specials if any
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately
- Check on guests to ensure they are enjoying their meals
- Handle guest complaints or requests professionally
- Clear and reset tables efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area
- Follow all food safety and health regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in UAE
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic understanding of food and beverage service
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,100.00 per month
