As a Waiter you are responsible to provide professional service to our guests, ensuring their visit will become a memorable dining experience whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as:
- Perform all necessary tasks to service food and beverage according to the standard of performance manual of the Club.
- Greet and seat customers and serve them in a professional, discreet and personalized way
- Consistently monitor quality of food & beverage being served
- Practice good customer relations and attend to customer complaints / queries satisfactorily
- Responsible for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards in the Club and upkeep of all service equipment
- Actively use up selling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue
- Provide customers with menus.
- Take customer orders and relay this to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages to customers.
- Listen to any complaints that patrons have and address them appropriately.
- Able to work day and night shifts
- keep the side tables clean.
- chairs and side tables dusting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,700.00 per month
Experience:
- server: 1 year (Preferred)
