Key Responsibilities:
- Setting Tables: Ensuring tables are properly set with silverware, glassware, and dishes.
- Refilling Drinks and Bread: Promptly replenishing beverages and bread baskets as needed.
- Clearing Tables: Removing used plates, silverware, and glassware from tables after guests leave.
- Assisting with Food Delivery: Helping to transport food from the kitchen to the tables.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping the dining area clean and organized, including wiping tables and restocking supplies.
- Greeting and Seating Guests: Sometimes assisting with greeting and seating customers, especially during busy periods.
- Providing Excellent Customer Service: Being friendly, polite, and responsive to guest requests.
- Communicating with Staff: Effectively communicating with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely service.
