About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and versatile HR Recruiter & Administrator to manage end-to-end recruitment and handle day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will balance talent acquisition with efficient office management, ensuring smooth business operations and a positive employee experience.
Recruitment & HR
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Source talent via job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
- Manage the offer process, negotiations, and onboarding.
- Maintain HR records, employee files, and recruitment databases.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and HR policy implementation.
Administration
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-maintained workplace.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Manage schedules, meeting arrangements, and travel bookings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams.
- Support management with any other administrative tasks.
