Key Responsibilities:
- Understand student aspirations and recommend appropriate academic programs and universities that align with their interests, qualifications, and career goals.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry to successful enrollment.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Maintain and update student records, communication logs, and sales activities in CRM software.
- Stay informed about international education trends, university admissions processes, visa requirements, and scholarship opportunities.
- Provide end-to-end support to students during the application process, including document preparation, submission, and interview preparation.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales field.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Should be in Depended VISA/ Own Visa
- Should have strong command in English language and Malayalam is also required
- Should be above 25 years of age
- Should join immediately
- Female Candidates preferred
