Academic Counsellor (Immediate):

Job Description:

We are hiring a proactive and target-driven Academic Counsellor to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will guide prospective students through course offerings, provide consultation, and manage the enrollment process using CRM tools. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for tele sales and lead conversion, and the ability to work in a fast-paced educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use CRM software to manage leads, present training programs, and highlight benefits
• Generate 10–15 new contacts daily from incoming inquiries
• Follow up regularly via phone, email, and WhatsApp to maintain lead engagement
• Conduct both virtual and face-to-face consultations with potential students
• Aim to convert as many leads as possible into enrollments monthly
• Submit daily performance updates and a monthly sales report to management
• Support additional administrative and enrollment-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Education, Psychology, Business, etc.)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in academic counselling, telesales, or a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools
• Strong sales mindset with a passion for lead generation and student engagement
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
