Position:Accounts Assistant
Job Description:
1. Recording transactions in journals, making sure they are accurate and adhere to accounting principles.
2. Make sure to properly document and file all supporting records for every transaction.
3. Keep careful records of cash transactions and balance petty cash.
4. Conduct routine bank reconciliations and promptly address any discrepancies.
5. Assist in getting financial statements ready and support in their preparation.
6. Help with analyzing differences and preparing reports for the finance team.
7. Assistance with preparing VAT Returns
8. Help with creating necessary documents and schedules for both internal and external audits.
9. Support senior accountant with day-to-day financial tasks.
Monthly Salary: AED 3,000 - 4,500 per month
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday,
8:00am-12:00pm; 1:30pm-17:30pm; 8 hours per day, 6 days a week.

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Prior experience in accounting or finance.
3. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
4. Experienced in general account and relevant areas.
5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
