- Prepare, review, and process tenancy contracts and lease renewals
- Submit and manage Tawtheeq registrations, cancellations, and updates through the municipality system
- Coordinate with tenants and landlords for lease signings, contract renewals, and documentation
- Track lease expirations, renewals, and payments
- Maintain updated tenant and property records in the database
- Handle inquiries related to tenancy, building regulations, and rental policies
- Support the property management team with inspection scheduling and move-in/move-out procedures
- Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws and municipality requirements
- Assist with service charge tracking, rent collections, and payment follow-ups
- Liaise with government authorities, brokers, and utility providers as required
- Organize and archive hard and soft copies of contracts and legal documents
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or property management administration
- Strong understanding of Tawtheeq and Abu Dhabi Municipality procedures (or Dubai Ejari if relevant)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize under pressure
- Knowledge of UAE tenancy laws and landlord-tenant regulations
