We are looking for a HR Administrator / Receptionist to join our team.
Based in Jebel Ali, you will report to the Head of HR and support the organisation and its team of 200+ employees.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for the business, answering telephone calls or greeting people in person, able to deal with the requests professionally
- Assist in the Onboarding of Employees
- Checking time sheets / absences and other requests via the company employee engagement tool
- Booking team annual leave tickets and hotels
- Assist in employee related admin, passports, visas, etc
Requirements
- 2+ Years in Administration
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Strong organisational skills, logical thinker with attention to detail.
- Highly proficient and comfortable working in excel
- Fluent and confident to speak, read and write in English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

- Jebel Ali: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
