We are seeking a sharp, business-focused Analytics Manager to lead the data and insights function across a growing portfolio of companies. This role will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights that influence strategic decisions across marketing, sales, product, operations, and customer experience. The ideal candidate is both hands-on and strategic — comfortable diving deep into dashboards while aligning analytics goals with broader business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Data Strategy & Infrastructure
● Define and implement a unified analytics framework across business units, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
● Partner with internal stakeholders to identify key business questions and develop relevant KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance.
● Lead the integration of data across various platforms, including CRM, website analytics, marketing automation tools, ERP, and third-party sources.
Business Intelligence & Reporting
● Build and maintain reports and visualizations using tools such as Zoho Analytics, Google Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
● Develop daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards for leadership and departmental stakeholders.
● Track and report on metrics such as lead quality, conversion funnels, CAC, CLTV, AOV, churn, NPS, and campaign ROAS.
Insight Generation & Decision Support
● Perform in-depth analysis on customer behavior, digital campaign performance, sales trends, and product adoption.
● Identify key trends, patterns, and outliers, and translate them into actionable recommendations for growth and efficiency.
● Conduct cohort analyses, customer segmentation, and attribution modeling to improve decision-making across departments. Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, Operations, and Tech teams to align KPIs with department goals.
● Present findings to leadership and guide decision-making with clear visualizations and compelling data stories.
● Provide ongoing support and training to internal teams to promote data literacy and adoption of analytics tools.
Experimentation & Optimization
● Support A/B and multivariate testing across digital platforms and marketing campaigns. Set up test hypotheses, monitor performance, and evaluate statistical significance and impact.
● Partner with performance marketing teams to inform media planning and optimization strategies.
Skills & Qualifications
● 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.
● Advanced proficiency in tools such as Zoho Analytics, Google Analytics 4, BigQuery, SQL, and Excel.
● Working knowledge of Python/R for advanced analytics.
● Strong understanding of attribution models, marketing funnels, and data engineering basics.
● Exceptional problem-solving, storytelling, and communication skills.
● Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
