Job Description
- Takes care of the control and correctness of food, equipment and cleanliness of the kitchen
- He is responsible for preparing less complex dishes and assisting the chef in preparing festive meals, gala dinners and other demanding events.
- Responsible for cleaning, washing and maintaining all kitchen areas
- Checks the safety of food
- He is in charge of processing food and preparing board and custom-made meals, as well as their decoration and serving.
- He is in charge of preparing lunch packages.
Job Requirements
- Secondary vocational education in hospitality (specialization – chef)
- Responsibilities in performing tasks
- High level of motivation, enthusiasm and dynamism
- Accuracy, neatness and agility
- Knowledge and application of professional rules
