Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism
- Assist and resolve any customer issues efficiently
- Promote salon services and packages to drive sales
- Manage and grow our Instagram account (posts, reels, stories, DMs)
- Respond to leads generated from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales
- Capture and edit engaging videos for social media
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Support the salon manager with daily operations
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service and salon environment in Dubai
- Good communication and sales skills
- Confident using Instagram and video editing apps
- Friendly, proactive, and presentable
- Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
