About the Job:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Bartender to join the Food and Beverage Services team in Jumeirah Emirates Towers.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Execute the sales strategy as directed by the reporting manager to promote sales, identify business opportunities, and achieve annual sales objectives through assigned KPIs.
- Collaborate with off-property sales channels to ensure coordinated and complementary sales efforts, avoiding redundancy.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of business unit offerings, promotions, market and competitor trends, account share, and customer needs to deliver high-quality service and meet/exceed sales targets.
- Stay up to date with the revenue budget and targets, managing actual and forecasted volumes and occupancies to meet/exceed established sales targets.
- Manage sales target reports, implement measures to achieve/exceed targets, and prepare regular sales forecasts for quarterly submission to the reporting manager.
About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications
- UAE National with a Family Book as per government requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Office, and PowerPoint is essential, along with strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
- Fluency in English (read, write, speak) is required, and knowledge of additional languages is highly preferred to support diverse client interactions.
- The role demands excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a strong focus on commercial results and account management.
- Candidates must possess effective public speaking and presentation abilities, along with solid project and time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
