JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Assistant Manager - Supply Chain Management / Procurement
Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager - Supply Chain Management / Procurement to join our team. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, good with numbers, and can handle procurement, vendor negotiations, and stock management across multiple centres. The candidate should have 5 to 7 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management within a similar industry.
Key Responsibilities:
· Vendor Negotiations & Cost Benchmarking
- Negotiate with suppliers and service providers to achieve cost savings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors for long-term collaboration.
· Consumption & Usage Analysis
- Track and analyze product and category-wise consumption across all 17 centres.
- Identify and report cases of over-consumption.
- Share monthly consumption reports and feedback with each Centre Manager for corrective actions.
· Stock Management & Availability
- Ensure 85% stock availability (both in number of items and total value) across all centres at any time.
- Plan and monitor inventory to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
· General Supply Chain & Procurement Duties
- Source new suppliers and evaluate quality, pricing, and terms.
- Support in creating procurement strategies for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor market trends and suggest alternative products/services where needed.
- Maintain proper records in the ERP system (SAP) on the Goods Inwards & Outwards.
- Manage the Import, Exports documentation, process.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.
· 5 to 7 years of experience in supply chain and procurement, preferably in the wellness, beauty, or retail industry.
· Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
· Ability to manage multiple centres and suppliers simultaneously.
· Good communication and reporting skills.
· Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
