This position is responsible for assisting Relationship Managers in day to day servicing of the relationships and co-coordinating the administrative functions to assist senior members of the Team.
Key Responsibilities
- To assist relationship managers in day to day servicing of the relationships and acting as their back-up in their absence while ensuring provision of high quality and timely service to clients
- Co-coordinating with Credit to ensure proposals/ approvals/ availment tickets are approved and followed up in an efficient and timely manner.
- Assisting in credit proposal preparation by data collection and research activities.
- Contributing to the provision of a high level of customer service by ensuring that all requirements for facilities are handled promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinating with Trade Finance operations to ensure that customer requests are attended and resolved.
- Coordinating with CAD to ensure that facility documents are lodged and limits encoded.
- Following up with customers on Temporary Overdrafts (TODs) and preparing of deficiency reports.
- Maintain regular contact with key relationships in consultation with relevant RM’s to ensure servicing is as per their satisfaction.
- Maintain contact with Ahlan Banking Unit (ABU) to ensure that servicing of ABU customers is as per their satisfaction. However the servicing of ABU customers rests primarily with the ABU for the relevant modules prescribed.
- Co-ordinate handling of transactions for customers while the sales team is out on calls and seeking confirmations from them where required.
- Identify risk issues in discrepant transactions and advise RM’s / Unit Head on the same.
- Coordinate with Unit Head for managing the sales & monitoring function of the units. Responsibilities would include:
- Submission of Weekly call reports by the RM’s for consolidation for weekly meetings.
- Updating MIS on a monthly basis for a) tracking of portfolio balances & revenues, b) new relationship bookings and initiatives etc.
- Preparation of comprehensive reports / presentations in consultation with Unit Head.
- Arranging appointments for with the existing / target clients.
- Monitoring of excess report & LMR and ensure that it is timely reviewed by the RM’s.
- Maintaining a liaison with SCS and Credit Operations for CP preparations and security document preparations.
- Assist RMs in their marketing initiatives (proposals, follow-up, appointments etc.).
- Co-ordinate internally with the operations etc. to ensure transactions are handled proactively and in a smooth manner.
الكفاءات/المهارات
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-4 years of Commercial Banking experience
