Job Title: Business Development Executive ( UAE EXPERIENCE )

Job Overview:
ARC 3D is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to lead the charge in expanding our client base and enhancing our presence in the 3D printing and model-making industry. This role is critical in driving new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the conversion of leads into tangible projects. The candidate will be responsible for initiating and developing strategic relationships across a diverse range of sectors including architecture, defense, real estate, marine, and exhibitions. You will work in close collaboration with our technical team and project managers to ensure that client requirements are understood, addressed, and transformed into impactful 3D solutions that reflect our core innovation ethos.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Client Outreach:
- Identify potential clients across the UAE through LinkedIn, exhibitions, inbound channels, referrals, and market research.
- Qualify inbound leads from Google Ads and website inquiries.
- Conduct proactive cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings to pitch ARC 3D’s capabilities and services.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients with strategic targeting by industry, region, and size.
Sales & Pipeline Management:
- Maintain and update CRM with lead status, follow-ups, and engagement history.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and the technical sales team.
- Ensure timely follow-up on shared quotations, technical proposals, and open discussions.
- Negotiate non-technical aspects such as timelines, payment terms, and scope refinements to aid closure.
Strategic Growth:
- Monitor industry developments, upcoming projects, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Explore and initiate contact with new industries or segments not yet served by ARC 3D.
- Attend exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry networking events to build a strong professional network.
- Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions on new service offerings, bundling options, and market penetration strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within 3D printing, prototyping and architectural ,services.
- UAE experience is mandatory.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present confidently to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in understanding technical offerings and converting them into client value propositions.
- Highly organized with excellent follow-up capabilities and time management.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: Based on Experience
- Commission: Attractive performance-based commission structure
