- Lead and inspire the Construction Department to achieve business objectives, while maintaining a focus on innovation and growth.

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and implement systems, processes, and technologies to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Monitor the performance of ongoing projects and adjust resources and priorities as needed.
- Develop and manage the annual budget for the department, ensuring profitability and financial sustainability.
- Review and approve major contracts, budgets, and financial forecasts.
- Ensure that the department meets financial and operational goals, identifying areas for cost optimization and revenue growth.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive the department’s expansion into new markets or verticals.
- Represent the company in high-level negotiations and ensure client satisfaction with completed projects.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Oversee risk management processes, including identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Maintain and strengthen the company’s reputation by ensuring high standards of ethics and compliance in all operations.
