- Preparing various types of salads (Oriental, Western, seasonal) and cold mezze items according to the menu.
- Daily preparation of salad and appetizer ingredients (pre-prepping).
- Arranging dishes in an attractive and consistent manner before serving.
- Ensuring the safety and quality of the ingredients used.
- Applying hygiene standards and proper storage practices in the cold section.
- Monitoring the expiry dates of items and disposing of spoiled ones as per management instructions.
- Coordinating with the head chef and other kitchen departments.
- Training assistant staff when needed.
