Ø Reports to the Project Manager
Ø Check the progress at site and report for any problems.
Ø Ensure all workers at site are attended necessary induction.
Ø Ensure that required NOCs are in place, if applicable, before start of any activity.
Ø Review & brief the drawings and method statements to the subordinates prior to start any activity at site.
Ø Ensure that all the activities are being executed in a safe manner.
Ø Provide necessary input to the Daily Reports for submitting to the Engineer.
Ø Prepare Daily Site Report mentioning the progress, delays, resources etc.
Ø Liaise with the QA/QC department for quality issues and for the closure of any Non-Conformance.
Ø Monitor the all the activities closely to avoid any Non-Conformances.
Ø Responsible for the whole process of procurement and construction management of the project, ensuring the realization of time limit, schedule, quality, safety and civilized construction site.
Ø Organize the implementation of the project execution plan and various management measures including technology, quality, cost and safety.
Ø Responsible for site safety production, civilized construction and project quality management, actively organize QC activities and promote the application of ‘Four Modernizations’ in the project.
Ø To preside over the project production scheduling meeting and implement the decision of the meeting. Organize project inspection regularly or irregularly.
Ø Assist project manager to establish project accounting system, strengthen cost management, budget management. Pay attention to the cost information feedback, participate in the project economic activity analysis meeting for control the cost effectively.
Ø Responsible for organizing and compiling the ‘Three Major Plans’ of the project, and effectively implementing them in the process of project execution.
Responsible for the collection and arrangement of project completion data, participate in the project completion acceptance and final accounts

Pay: AED16,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
