Content Creator – Real Estate Marketing

Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content across multiple platforms to enhance our online presence, attract qualified leads, and support our sales and marketing goals. This role combines strategic thinking, real estate market awareness, and storytelling to drive brand visibility and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Development:
- Produce and manage compelling content for social media, blogs, websites, property listings, newsletters, video scripts, and marketing campaigns.
- Create content strategies aligned with short- and long-term marketing targets.
Social Media Management:
- Plan and schedule engaging posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Stay on top of trends, hashtags, and emerging formats within the real estate and social media landscapes.
Visual Content Creation:
- Coordinate with photographers and videographers to capture property photos and videos.
- Shoot and edit reels, short-form videos, and stories for agent profiles, listings, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.
Copywriting:
- Write persuasive property descriptions, headlines, captions, and call-to-actions.
- Ensure all content reflects the brand voice, tone, and guidelines.
Campaign Support:
- Collaborate with sales, design, and marketing teams to support product launches, events, and lead generation campaigns.
- Assist with email marketing content and layout when needed.
Analytics & Optimization:
- Monitor engagement and performance metrics to evaluate content effectiveness.
- Adjust content strategies based on data insights and feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in content creation, preferably within the real estate or property sector.
- Strong portfolio of published work, including social media, blogs, or campaigns.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar editing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, real estate trends, and UAE property market is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and creativity.
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of real estate CRM platforms (e.g., Bitrix24, Property Finder, Bayut).
- Experience working with influencers or managing personal branding for agents.
- Photography/videography skills are a plus.
