With continued expansion across the UAE and international markets, we are seeking an experienced Corporate Sales & Contracts Manager to drive strategic business growth while ensuring robust contractual governance and compliance.
Position Overview
The Corporate Sales & Contracts Manager will lead high-value corporate sales initiatives, negotiate and manage client/vendor agreements, and oversee the full contract lifecycle in alignment with UAE commercial and regulatory frameworks. This dual role requires a proven B2B sales professional with strong legal and contractual expertise, capable of closing complex deals while minimizing risk exposure.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Sales & Business Development
- Identify, target, and secure B2B clients across hospitality, aviation, events, and government sectors.
- Develop tailored proposals and negotiate profitable long-term service contracts.
- Achieve revenue targets through strategic sales planning and market expansion.
- Foster senior-level client relationships and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
Contract & Compliance Management
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (service agreements, supplier/vendor contracts, NDAs, MOUs, tenders).
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor, transport, VAT, and commercial regulations.
- Coordinate with legal teams to minimize contractual risks and disputes.
- Maintain centralized contract records, version control, and audit trails.
Vendor & Partner Coordination
- Build and manage relationships with service partners and suppliers.
- Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and renegotiate terms where needed.
- Support operational efficiency through optimized partner agreements.
Governance & Reporting
- Track KPIs, pipeline activity, and contract performance metrics.
- Deliver accurate forecasts, compliance reports, and risk assessments.
- Support audits and regulatory reviews by providing organized documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or related field (MBA/LLB preferred).
- 5–8 years of proven B2B sales experience and/or contract management within transportation, logistics, hospitality, or fleet-based services.
- Strong knowledge of UAE commercial, labor, and transport laws.
- Demonstrated success in securing high-value contracts and partnerships.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, Odoo) and MS Office Suite.
- Valid UAE Driving License – mandatory.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic strongly preferred/mandatory.
