About the Role:
We are currently hiring a Data Entry Controller to support our Human Resources department. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of data entry or HR support experience within the UAE. You will play a key part in maintaining accurate employee data, preparing reports, and ensuring the smooth running of HR administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input and update employee data into HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Maintain digital and physical employee records and files in line with company policy.
- Support payroll, attendance, and leave tracking by managing relevant records.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, offer letters, contracts, and other documentation.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure timely data flow and accuracy.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure data consistency and compliance.
- Help with recruitment documentation and onboarding/offboarding processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Data Entry or HR Admin role in the UAE.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, data entry, and document handling.
- Familiar with HR software/systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Zoho, or any ERP).
- Good written and spoken English (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
