Role Summary
Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Real Estate Consultant with a strong background in property sales and client advisory. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of residential and commercial properties
- Advise clients on property selection, pricing, and investment opportunities
- Conduct market research and comparative analysis to support client decisions
- Negotiate contracts and oversee transactions from listing to closing
- Build long-term relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders
- Coordinate with marketing and legal teams to ensure accurate listings and compliance
- Stay informed about market trends, regulatory updates, and new developments
Qualifications & Skills
- 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate consulting or brokerage
- In-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s property market and transaction procedures
- Strong sales and negotiation capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic or Russian are a plus
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools
- UAE driving license and personal vehicle preferred
