Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for sales, leasing, property management, and administrative roles.
- Build and maintain a talent pool of real estate professionals.
- Conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and manage onboarding processes.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
- Conduct regular check-ins with staff and address workplace issues promptly.
- Performance Management
- Assist managers with setting KPIs and tracking employee performance.
- Coordinate performance reviews and identify training needs.
- HR Administration & Compliance
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws (or relevant local labour regulations).
- Handle visa processing, renewals, and other government-related HR functions.
- Training & Development
- Organize real estate-specific training programs for agents and staff.
- Partner with managers to ensure continuous skills improvement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Real Estate: 1 year (Preferred)
