Job Description
- Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Develop financial strategies and provide recommendations to senior management
- Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Manage accounting team and ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial information
- Analyze financial data and create financial models to support decision-making
- Identify areas for cost savings and revenue generation
- Collaborate with other departments to improve business performance
- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risk
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- CPA or CFA certification preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field
- Experience in leadership or management role
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards
- Experience working in TALLY
