We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Fitness Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new memberships, building strong client relationships, and promoting our fitness programs and services to help individuals achieve their health goals. Responsibilities: - Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels including referrals, cold calling, and networking. - Conduct tours and consultations with prospective members to explain benefits and programs tailored to their needs. - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Develop and maintain positive relationships with members to encourage retention and upselling opportunities. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns. - Stay updated on fitness industry trends and competitors to effectively position our offerings. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and engage clients. - Passionate about health and fitness and able to inspire others. - Goal-oriented with strong negotiation and closing skills. - Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus. - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
