Your day to day
- Process daily purchase requisitions (PRs) in FutureLog
- Create and send purchase orders (POs) to approved suppliers.
- Follow up with suppliers on quotes, stock availability, and delivery timelines
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed
- Coordinate with receiving team to ensure timely and accurate GRN postings
- Track pending and delayed deliveries and communicate with relevant departments
- Maintain up-to-date supplier and item information in the system
- Ensure compliance with hotel procurement policies and SOPs
- Upload and manage procurement documents (invoices, delivery notes, etc.) in FutureLog
- Coordinate with department heads for urgent or special requests
- Generate daily and weekly procurement reports from FutureLog
- Support finance team during monthly closing with complete PO/GRN matching
- Train users on FutureLog functionalities if needed
- Conduct regular audits of item master data and pricing accuracy
- Report any system issues or improvement needs to relevant support teams.

- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel
- Exceptional English communication skills, an additional language will be a plus
