Front Desk Receptionist

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Manage front desk operations including incoming mail, courier services, and appointment scheduling
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the office
• Assist with basic administrative tasks as required
• Customer relationship maintenance
