We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive Search Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top-level executives and senior professionals for our clients. This role requires strong research skills, exceptional communication abilities, and the ability to build trusted relationships with both clients and candidates.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities Partner with clients to understand their leadership hiring needs, company culture, and business goals. Conduct thorough market mapping, industry research, and talent intelligence to identify potential candidates. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using databases, networking, headhunting, referrals, and digital platforms. Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements. Prepare detailed candidate profiles and present shortlists to clients. Manage end-to-end executive search assignments, from initial briefing to successful placement. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor. Stay updated on market trends, competitor intelligence, and industry movements. Ensure confidentiality and professionalism throughout the search process. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). Proven experience in executive search, recruitment, or headhunting (minimum 2 years). Strong knowledge of executive-level recruitment practices and industry-specific networks. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under pressure. Proficiency in using recruitment tools, databases, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
