Job Responsibilities
- Represent Metropolitan in domestic and international real estate transactions.
- Develop and maintain a strong client network locally and globally.
- Provide expert consultation on UAE real estate market trends, investment opportunities, and legal procedures.
- Manage property listings, viewings, negotiations, and closings.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and CRM teams to generate leads and build brand presence.
- Attend property expos, networking events, and client meetings across the region and abroad.
- Ensure all transactions adhere to RERA and other regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent, ideally with global sales exposure.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- UAE real estate market knowledge or willingness to learn quickly.
- Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel locally and internationally.
- Energetic, results-driven, and customer-focused mindset.
