The Gym Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring staff performance, and maintaining high client satisfaction at Sias Sports and Self Defense Academy.
1. Staff Supervision
- Ensure all team members follow their assigned duties and schedules.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and discipline.
- Prepare and manage monthly duty rosters.
2. Sales & Targets
- Responsible for achieving membership, renewal, and PT sales targets.
- Monitor lead follow-ups and support the sales team to improve performance.
- Submit daily and monthly sales reports.
3. Group Classes & PT Oversight
- Approve and manage group class schedules.
- Ensure quality coaching and track client feedback.
- Supervise PT department performance and client satisfaction.
4. Client Experience
- Handle client feedback and resolve complaints promptly.
- Maintain high standards in cleanliness, customer service, and gym safety.
- Conduct daily walk-throughs to check operations.
5. Facility & Compliance
- Ensure all equipment and zones are clean, safe, and fully functional.
- Monitor staff certifications and readiness for inspections.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance.
6. Reporting & Coordination
- Submit regular operational and sales reports.
- Coordinate with marketing and management for offers, events, and updates.
