We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Supervisor to join our team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food & beverage service, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the waitstaff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Greet guests warmly, present menus, and assist with food and beverage selections.
Ensure all orders are accurately taken, properly communicated to the kitchen, and delivered promptly.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring excellent service standards.
Monitor cleanliness and presentation of dining areas, and ensure tables are set according to standards.
Train, mentor, and support junior staff to enhance service quality and guest experience.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth operations and special requests.
Maintain stock levels of service items (cutlery, napkins, condiments) and report shortages.
Uphold hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a supervisor or captain in a high-end restaurant, lounge, or hotel.
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and a strong sense of hospitality.
Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
