We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. From recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance, you'll play a key part in supporting our people and culture initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Support employee lifecycle processes: new hire orientation, promotions, offboarding.
- Administer benefits, leave programs, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and recordkeeping requirements.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and HR support.
- Help coordinate performance reviews, and employee engagement efforts.
- Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS system.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation as needed.
