As we scale, we’re seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead and elevate our people operations.
We’re looking for a HR professional who can hit the ground running and take full ownership of the human capital function. You’ll report directly to the President and play a pivotal role in scaling our internal culture, systems, and talent infrastructure in line with our growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our business objectives
- Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, employee relations, and compliance
- Build and lead workforce planning initiatives to support department heads and business units
- Champion culture, engagement, and training programs that attract and retain top-tier talent
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and best practices
- Collaborate with leadership on organizational design, succession planning, and change management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 4+ years' experience in Human Resources in UAE.
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
