About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR operations and recruitment, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, onboarding, and documentation.
- Assist with recruitment processes: job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain HR databases and ensure accurate employee information.
- Coordinate leave, attendance, and payroll-related documentation.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ HR experience in the UAE (HR administration and recruitment preferred).
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa procedures.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Immediate joiner preferred.
