Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and bilingual HR Recruiter (Arabic Speaker) to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for Arabic-speaking roles, from sourcing to onboarding. You will play a key role in expanding our talent pool in the MENA region and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Arabic-speaking roles across various departments
- Source and attract qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews in Arabic and English
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and manage candidate communication
- Draft and post bilingual job advertisements on relevant platforms
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS and prepare recruitment reports
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications
- Ensure compliance with regional labor laws and internal HR policies
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives targeting Arabic-speaking talent
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Experience using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Bayt, Naukrigulf, or local job boards
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment regulations in the MENA region
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
