We are seeking an experienced HR Head to lead our Human Resources department in the UAE. This pivotal role involves overseeing all HR functions, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, and fostering a positive organizational culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of HR experience within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, excellent communication skills in English and Hindi and Malayalam.
- UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee leave records and ensure accurate calculation and processing of final settlements in compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes and facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new hires.
- Handle employee exits professionally, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Address and resolve employee grievances and conflicts effectively and impartially.
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to drive employee development and organizational success.
- Serve as the primary contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions. Foster a positive and collaborative work culture.
- Ensure all HR policies are up to date and in compliance with labor laws and industry standards. Maintain records for health, safety, and attendance.
- Manage payroll, benefits programs, and incentives to ensure competitive compensation and employee satisfaction.
- Collaborate with department heads.
