We are seeking a skilled HR / PRO / Admin Officer who can independently handle HR operations, government relations, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in managing all UAE government portals related to healthcare, HR, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full HR cycle: recruitment, onboarding, contracts, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee files, leave management, and HR records.
- Handle all government-related transactions (Labour, Immigration, Tasheel, MOHRE, Freezone, DOH, DHA, MOHAP, Shafafiya, eClaimLink, Abu Dhabi Chamber, Civil Defense, Hassantuk, etc.).
- Process visas, Emirates IDs, labour cards, medical tests, and license renewals.
- Support facility license renewals, malpractice insurance, and compliance reports.
- Prepare HR and administrative letters, certificates, and official communications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / HR Management or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ UAE experience in HR & PRO functions (healthcare sector preferred).
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR regulations.
- Proven ability to manage and use all UAE government portals (DOH, DHA, MOHAP, Tasheel, MOHRE, Shafafiya, Immigration, eClaimLink, Civil Defense, etc.).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
