We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day HR operations, ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, and support employees in achieving company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment and onboarding process (job postings, interviews, contracts).
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Assist with payroll, leaves, and benefits administration.
- Support performance management and training initiatives.
- Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, visas, and related regulations.
- Contribute to employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience in UAE (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
