We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to join our team in the UAE within the parking management industry. In this role, you will be the key liaison between our company and our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met and that we maintain strong, long-term partnerships. Your expertise will help drive business growth and deliver exceptional service experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships in the parking management sector.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client queries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to enhance client satisfaction and company revenue.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account status, including sales, issues, and client feedback.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while maintaining client.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role, preferably in parking management or related industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with clients.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Holding a UAE Driving License is required.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
