(MALDIVES) Chef de Partie – Buffet or Multi-Cuisine Experience Preferred

We are currently hiring a skilled and dedicated Chef de Partie for a luxury island resort in the Maldives. Candidates with experience in resort kitchens or 4–5 star hotels will be prioritized, especially those familiar with buffet service or multi-cuisine operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present quality dishes in assigned kitchen sections
- Maintain consistency, presentation, and food standards for buffet and à la carte
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in your area and follow food safety standards
- Support Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Manage stock, mise en place, and kitchen organization
- Assist in training junior staff when needed
- Coordinate with service teams to ensure timely food service
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5-star hotel or resort
- Experience in buffet or multi-cuisine operations preferred
- Strong understanding of food safety and HACCP
- Able to work under pressure and in a team environment
- Willingness to relocate and live on-site in the Maldives
